saya nak kurus


current weight: 45.8kg
waist: 26'
i want to lost my weight to only 42kg with 24' of my waist
with of course a healthy body.

so. what i must to do?

here we go:
1) take lunch, NO dinner
2) take small portion of meal
2) sit up for 50x per day. (perut ku buncit)
3) NO escalator please :)
4) exercise? will be considered. i/m quite lazy u know?
5) study hard. tehee ;)

any suggestion how to reduce the size of my drumstick?
